Ever felt like you're drowning in bread and butter quite literally?
Since becoming a celiac 5 years ago, then discovering that lactose was no longer a good friend either, my life and cooking skills have changed dramatically. I quickly became a label addict and sadly a non vanilla slice eater.
But now i cook.... love to cook and most of the time my friends and family have no idea that the chocolate souffle they are indulging is actually gluten and dairy free!

I have created this blog to hopefully inspire and help those with food intolerances.
